Solaris Yachts Asia Limited solarisyachts-asia.com and Warhawk Sailing warhawksailing.com are pleased to announce the official signing of a Representative Agency agreement to strengthen the presence of the prestigious Italian brands in Taiwan. Solaris Yachts Asia Limited is the official distributor of the Solaris Yachts solarisyachts.com and Solaris Power solarispower.com brands for the Asian market, and the agreement covers the entire range of sailing yachts and the luxury motor yacht line of the Group.
The contract signing took place during a milestone event: the launch of the first Solaris 47 in Taiwan, owned by the Argo Yacht Club in Tainan City. The agreement was formalized by Mrs. Lihua Cherry Huang, CEO of Warhawk Sailing, and Mr. Enrico Zanella for Solaris Yachts Asia Limited, in the presence of Dr. Sean Peng, Founder and President of Warhawk Sailing.
A Commitment Beyond Yachting: The Solarista Club.
A central pillar of the Solaris identity in Asia is the Solarista Club, an exclusive community founded by Solaris Owners and Members in Hong Kong. Being a Solarista (Solaris Owner) means more than enjoying sailing; it involves a commitment to Social Responsibility. The Club actively supports Sailability Hong Kong an NGO through the Mohan Project, a specially equipped Solaris 40 donated by the Li Ka Shing Foundation and Sponsored by the donations of the Solarista Club. Since 2025 the Sailability Mohan the 3 Donors are Generali Hong Kong, Locky and SYA. This vessel serves as a unique Therapeutic Platform, providing life-changing sailing experiences for individuals with more than 30 different types of disabilities. This partnership reinforces the philosophy that owning a Solaris also means watching over and taking care of the more vulnerable parts of Our Society.
